30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, Rare Meadow will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any additional steps required to complete the return process. Please do not send your item back until you have received these instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by Rare Meadow to ensure their return is processed correctly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.raremeadow@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by Rare Meadow.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Any item showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

The final decision regarding the approval of any return or refund rests solely with Rare Meadow.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Beauty or personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting your request.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
