Can I use it without filling it?

Is it airline and cabin friendly?
Yes. Worn around your neck or clipped to your bag, it does not count toward luggage allowances on most airlines. And since it holds clothing, it effectively extends your carry on.
How do I wash it?
Empty the shell and machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle. Air dry flat. The velvet cover keeps its softness wash after wash.
